Accepting an Offer

Upon accepting an offer the final checklist includes executing a more formal contract called the Purchase & Sale agreement, receiving a certificate of compliance from your local fire department (regarding smoke alarms), providing any water or fuel readings for adjustments, scheduling to end services on your utilities, and completing a final walk-through. We work closely with closing attorneys who provide the final documentation for signatures from both parties, and with excitement and anticipation we await the final celebratory three words... “We’re on record!”
